An investigation has been launched after a £300 bike was stolen from a garage in Truro. Devon and Cornwall Police say thieves broke into the garage of a property in the Kenwyn Hill area between 11pm on July 12 and 4am the following morning.
The offenders stole a red and black Forme road bike worth £300, as well as targeting the owner's car, stealing a small amount of loose change. Police investigating the burglary are appealing to anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the area at the time.
They are particularly keen to hear from anyone with CCTV or doorbell footage, which may have captured the incident or who may have been offered the bike for sale.
