Outdoor Activity Instructor - Porthpean Outdoor Education Centre
Location:St Austell
Description: As an outdoor activity instructor, you will deliver outdoor programmes to school groups, individuals, and community groups. For centre residentials, you will also accompany groups throughout their stay. Some of the activities include: high ropes, climbing walls, indoor caving, kayaking, and coasteering.

Operations Assistant - Forest Holidays
Location:Liskeard
Description: The operations assistant role is a vital part in ensuring the hot tubs are in working order every day for guests. This involves daily tests on water quality, cleaning, and regular drain-downs. You will also complete checks of cabins to ensure that everything is in working order and respond to issues that guests raise - which includes anything from a dishwasher not draining to concerns over their heating and hot water. In addition, you may be required to complete general maintenance on the site's fleet of mountain bikes.
Pay: £10.90 an hour
Activity Instructor - BF Adventure
Location:Penryn
Description: In this role, you will lead/support the delivery of a range of inclusive outdoor activity programmes both on and off-site, maintain a full understanding of BFA’s H&S policies and to understand and practice dynamic risk assessment of all activities, meet the needs of each individual with a focus on inclusive participation, and complete all documentation relating to client groups/programmes.
Pay: £19,383 a year
Instructors: The Zip, Giant Swing and Axe Throwing
Location: Adrenalin Quarry
Description: Gravity Park Instructors are expected to: be fully trained to correctly use safety equipment, such as harnesses, and operate the zip wire and the giant swing, be fully trained to lead a 45-minute session of axe throwing for up to 16 people, be fully trained to perform emergency rescue procedures on and around the site, be fully trained to drive a safety boat, and be trained to conduct thorough safety checks of all equipment.
Pay: £5.81 - £11.44 an hour

Description: Some of the responsibilities of the role include: leading activity sessions in line with qualifications held, dealing with enquiries from individual customers and organisations for activities, camping and angling, adhering to recognised Trust safety standards, assisting in the administration of activity, camping and angling facilities and keep amenities, especially toilets and showers, to a high standard at all times, and handling money for activities, camping and angling facilities and any other outlet on site.
