Design Assistant
Location: St Agnes
Description: This is a six-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will assist the design team, providing daily support to each designer across all areas of the design process. It is ideal for recent graduates or those seeking their first job in the design/apparel industry as this position offers comprehensive exposure and hands-on experience in every part of the design and creative process.

People & Culture Assistant
Location: St Agnes
Description: Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: providing basic advice to staff, as required, on policies and procedures, maintaining 100 per cent accurate, up-to-date HR systems and employee records, supporting the people and culture team on all employee administration and communications, supporting the administration of the recruitment process, and compiling, analysing and presenting key HR data, for example staff metrics, holiday data, sickness absence, and turnover data.

Junior Community Marketing Coordinator
Location: St Agnes or London remotely
Description: This role is all about supporting the community function at Finisterre and ensuring the community comes to life in the way the company expects, as well as on time and on budget. Some of the main responsibilities of the role include: supporting the implementation of the community marketing strategy, driving the brand and business targets, supporting customer acquisition and retention, working closely with other channel partners, and supporting research for briefs that deliver on community objectives, as well as writing smaller briefs on your own.
Pay: £23,500 - £26,000
Retail Store Manager
Location:St Ives
Description: As a retail store manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the store to deliver agreed targets and KPI’s, ensuring a high level of customer care, store standards and staff management are achieved in order to grow sales and uphold the brand image.

Retail Crew
Location:Falmouth
Description: The role of retail crew is the first step on the ladder of Finisterre's retail development path. Fundamental to the day-to-day running of the store, you are often the first touchpoint our customer has with the brand. This role is critical to drive sales by the delivery of exceptional customer experience that exceeds expectations, standards and operations.
