The average house price in Cornwall has been on a steep rise since the start of the pandemic and has reached its highest ever level.

The latest figures from the Land Registry reveal that the current average price for residential properties in Cornwall sits at £334,526 - compared to £224,624 in 2018.

CornwallLive reported the average house price in Cornwall towns in December 2018, so we decided to have a look at what the price differences are, just over three years later in February 2022 - and some of the results are quite shocking.

Here's a look at the average prices in some of the county's principal locations, how much properties have sold for over the past year, and what you can get for your money. If a town doesn't have a property below, it means there currently aren't any homes close to the average house price, at the time of writing.
