A Cornish man has suffered very serious injuries after he was involved in an e-bike crash. Emergency services were called to the scene of a crash in St Austell late last night, Thursday, July 25.
The crash took place on the A3058 at Lanjeth around 10.30pm. A local man in his 30s was seriously injured, and taken to Royal Cornwall Hospital with potentially life-changing injuries.
Officers are now appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash, or who has information which may assist police to come forward.

A statement from Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a road traffic collision involving an electric bike near St Austell. Emergency services were called to the A3058 at Lanjeth at around 10.40pm on Thursday 25 July.
"As a result of the collision a local man in his 30s was taken to Royal Cornwall Hospital with potentially life-changing injuries. Officers from Devon and Cornwall Roads Policing Team attended the incident and carried out a detailed investigation of the scene.
"Anyone with any relevant information or dash-cam footage which may assist the investigation is asked to contact police via our website or by calling 101 quoting reference log 1042 of 25 July."
